Will my Gmail chat logs be transferred?

The Import Portal can copy all of your Google Chat logs to Comcast, but there are a few settings you have to adjust beforehand (see steps below). After running the import, the chat logs will be located in a folder called “Chats” in your Comcast account.

STEP 1 - In your Gmail inbox, click the gear icon on the right side of the page.

STEP 2 - Click “Settings” from the dropdown menu.

STEP 3 - Click “Labels” near the top of the setting menu.

STEP 4 - Find the label “Chats” on the left side of the menu, and then click “Show in IMAP” on the far right side of the page.
