How do I know if my emails were imported?
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your email import is complete.
The imported emails may be in a folder named after your old provider or your old email account. When you log in to your Xfinity webmail, a list of your folders should be displayed on the left side of the page.
If you do not see the folders listed on the left side of the page, they may be hidden by the layout of Comcast's a new email platform. You can find them by clicking on "Show Folders" or on the little ">>" symbol on the lower left corner of your Comcast email screen.
