Email Import Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Follow these steps to begin importing your email from your old provider account to your new Xfinity account.
Note: When using the Import Portal, we advise using either Firefox or Chrome as a web browser. (Internet Explorer is not recommended).
STEP 1. Navigate to the Import Portal.
STEP 2. Select Email
STEP 3. Click the button for the provider you wantto import email from your old Xfinity Account.
STEP 4. Enter your username and password for your old account in the fields provided. For Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, and Xfinity, there will be an authorization screen instead
STEP 5. Enter your username and password for your new Xfinity account in authorization window.
NOTE: If you want to forward new mail from your old account for the next 30 days into your new Xfinity account, please select the "yes" checkbox and then "sign in".
STEP 6. The transfer should begin automatically. You can return to your inbox, as your import will continue in the background. You will also receive confirmation once your transfer is complete.
