Will Comcast process my transfer automatically?

For security reasons, we are unable to start imports on your behalf. The import only starts after you personally set them up on the Import Portal. This guarantees that you are who you say you are, and protects against the transfer of data without your permission. 

The Import Portal can only access the accounts for which you provide login credentials when you begin a migration. This ensures that data is only transferred between accounts you would like to transfer between. If you would like to import information from a second account or sub-account, you will need to begin a new import from that account on the Import Portal.
