Can I import contacts from my other device?
The Import Portal cannot import emails or contacts directly from a device (such as a tablet, phone, or other computer) because we can only access and transfer information that's stored on your email provider’s remote server. The Import Portal can only access and import emails and contacts that are visible when you sign into your online webmail account.
Please contact Comcast directly (1-800-934-6489), and they can help you sync your Comcast email and contacts with your device.
