Can I import contacts directly from my mail client?

The  Import Portal cannot transfer contacts directly from a mail client such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, or WindowsLive Mail. That information is stored on your computer, not on your email provider’s remote server where we can access them. 

Please contact Comcast directly (1-800-934-6489), and they can help you sync your Comcast email with your preferred mail client.
