How do I cancel my email import?

If you want to cancel your email import, you can put in a support request by clicking the "Contact" button at the top of this page or click here. The information you'll need to send us is:

  • Your source provider email address
  • Your Xfinity email address
  • A request to cancel your migration

On the request page, you can also attach a screenshot or screencast, but that is not required.
